Where can I ship my order
Fairyland f-store ships your orders using UPS as a carrier. We can ship anywhere UPS services are available within the 48 contiguous states in the U.S. Except orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes and Military Bases will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. We are unable to ship outside the continental U.S. at this time.
FREE shipping for orders $100 and over
If your order totals $100 or more, you will receive FREE shipping and handling, via UPS Ground. You are eligible to receive this discount if you live in the 48 contiguous states. If you are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, please refer to the Shipping & Handling Rates chart above.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of placement, except when placed on Fridays after 12:00pm Noon (Pacific Standard Time), weekends and holidays. Orders placed during these times will be shipped on the following business day. After the order is processed, the shipping method you selected during check out will determine how long it will take to receive your package. From the time your order leaves the warehouse, UPS Ground reaches addresses through out the 48 contiguous states generally within 1 to 6 business days, 2nd Day: 2 days, Next Day: 1 day. All orders shipped to overseas APO and FPO military addresses may take approximately 2-4 weeks to arrive.
Please note: For Next Day delivery, your order must be placed by 12:00pm Noon (Pacific Standard Time) for it to be processed in that day¡¯s delivery schedule. 2 Day Air orders must be place by 2:00pm (Pacific Standard Time). If your order is placed after these times, it will be shipped the following business day. All aerosol products are unable to be shipped via Next Day, 2 Day Air or Priority Mail delivery.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your Fairyland purchase, you may return your merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order. A stock fee of 20% of the purchase amount will be charged. You have to contact us first.
